The invite-only event shaping what’s next in wellness 👇

Look, health and wellness is built on trust.

Think private sessions on capital, growth, and innovation - paired with exclusive dinners, wellness activations, and off-site adventures.

Plus, VIP access to – featuring speakers like Andrew Huberman, Mark Hyman, Kat Cole, and more.

I’ll be there, on the ground, bringing you behind-the-scenes access.

This is the biggest fitness festival in New York, coined the “Comic Con” of fitness 👇

And it’s a great example of the shift happening in wellness - events moving from boring expos to community driven experiences.

So this is , founded by .

The headline moment this year was the “Strongest in New York” competition.

Local gyms were going head to head in a tournament style of workouts to see who was the fittest in the city.

But that was only part of the day:

- Other workouts were happening nonstop that anyone could join.

- Brand activations where you could actually test new products and gear.

- Expert panels and open discussions.

- Outdoor zones for training and recovery.

- Thousands of people just hanging out, connecting, and making fitness feel like culture.

Strong New York shows how fitness events are evolving.

Less like trade shows, more like festivals.

And in their words, they are here to “create muscle and create community”.

We need to talk about this company claiming to be the “Whoop for your p**p”.

Yes, it’s what it sounds like. It’s a company that tracks your p**p.

There’s more to it than that, so let me break it down.

The company is called Throne Science ().

It’s essentially an attachment you put on your toilet to track your gut health and hydration.

It uses a downward facing camera that captures videos of your bathroom visits.

Then their physician-trained AI model tracks your stool and hydration patterns.

And gives your personalized insights and recommendations, based on things like how often you go or the type of bowel movement.

Look, your gut is known as your “second brain”, if it’s not doing well it can really affect your health.

So while this product might seem crazy, I actually think it could be really beneficial for people.

The coolest half marathon just happened in New York 👇

This is The Bakery Run.

17,000 people applied for this race, only 100 people were selected.

But the format is what makes it so unique.

And shoutout to , , and for putting this on.

So it’s a half marathon race and you stop at 8 bakeries along the way for free pastries.

Some of the best and most well known bakeries in New York.

My personal favorites:

- Raf’s had the best sweet pastry ().

- L'Appartement 4F had the best savory pastry ().

But the best part, this was different than other running events.

It didn’t have the intense race feeling.

It was more about having fun, meeting people, and eating good food.

It took the focus off the running, and I thought that was the appealing part.

People are seeking wellness and community events.

But so many are intense and intimidating.

And The Bakery Run balanced fun and fitness perfectly.

We need more events like this.

Fitness festivals are having a moment, but the real question is whether they’re built to last…

Zooming in on , which just hosted their 3rd year.

The evolution is obvious, but it’s what matters if these fitness festivals are going to stick.

What Runningman has nailed is this mix of foundations and surprises.

The foundations don’t change:

- A choose-your-distance running race

- A one-mile loop setup so all the crazy activities are close by

- A crowd of like-minded people getting out of their comfort zone

Then the surprise variables keep it fresh:

- New guest speakers on a variety of topics

- New brand activations so you’re seeing the best and newest products

- New concerts at night to create memories with people you just met

They didn’t invent the “fitness festival,” but it’s arguably one of the most unique executions.

It isn’t just a race with vendors, it’s a weekend people are planning their year around.

If fitness festivals are going to last, I think this is the model

Bring together the right group of people, keep the foundations the same, and change the variables every year.
