I swear as a mama it’s so easy to put yourself on the back burner. Here are a few things I never stopped doing that help me show up better.

1. Hair, nails, and brows appointments . Non negotiable. My boys are used to having a glam mama. 💄💅🏽

2. Styling my home and bringing some feminine energy in — it’s me versus the boys over here.

3. Working out 3-5x a week. Keeping up with two little kids in your forties takes energy. 🫠

4. Date nights with my husband. Love my Gene Ku!

5. My bible and a little quiet time to myself. It keeps me centered and brings peace into our everyday lives. 🙏
