Billy, I can not tell you enough how pleased we are with the work that Justin and his crew did for my chimney! To be honest, I waited until today to check out whether or not it was leaking in the attic. Bone dry, and we have had rain every day since Friday. Your son is a very polite and professional young man who takes price in his work. He went above and beyond in making sure the leak was fixed and then sealing the chimney in the attic. After that, he was able to reline and repair my sister's chimney, as well. Thank you for calming me down and explaining how the whole process worked. Ok.. I had to get a last liner done this morning for a Realtor friend who has a closing next week and the chimney was unlined brick only and not up to code and was flagged on Inspection and we will be on vacation for a week starting today so we wanted to get it done…. …. Justin had to go to a wedding golf morning thingamajig before a wedding tonight so I had to dust off my work clothes….. OH WELL… Have a good weekend… see you all next week…… Unless I get eaten by a shark then I’m probably not coming back…. if anyone has an emergency don’t hesitate to call my guys are available…..

Another Stainless Steel chimney liner kit for small oil boiler with damaged Terra cotta.. removed the damaged top block of chimne and put on a pre cast concrete collar.. 316ti stainless steel liner kit and chimney is good to go… the flues were damaged due to chimney being painted and condensation being trapped in winter.. fortunately homeowner was aware of this and decided to have liner installed to preserve the integrity of there chimney and now they will never get a Terra cotta blockage as with all liner installs…….

Cosmetic repair and Stainless steel chimney liner kit for small gas boiler and water heater.. sealed all the counter flashing that was leaking resurfaced the crown with rapid set with bonding agent and re did all the mortar joints so everything matches… white Acrylic sealer in attic because block were showing a lot of stains from flue gas condensation in winter.. new T for water heater and boiler connection into liner…

Remove top block….Cosmetic patches and White Acrylic sealer and concrete collar for a gas boiler chimney we put Stainless steel chimney liner in during winter….. I think it’s going to rain….. tomorrow also… oh well we’re chipping away at the repairs list….i know chimneys crooked…

Patch cracks in stucco and White acrylic seal entire chimney… we did this liner in Winter and had the repair scheduled for a while now…. Have to get all these jobs done so we can start on new calls when we get back from vacation we’re already scheduling jobs into August.. …. And if I don’t get to these repairs it’s going to be tough…..

Remove all loose stucco for chimney not in use for customer we did a liner for previously… chimney got sealed off on top...

Remove all loose stucco for chimney not in use for customer we did a liner for previously… chimney got sealed off on top and re stuccoed and white acrylic sealer… in future we will be opening it back up for a woodstove and pre insulated liner… it was basically an eye sore now… so we can re address it if and when he wants to ever make it a functional chimney….the previous stucco was applied improperly and was super thick ,, plus top of chimney was wide open and had major splits in crown….water was getting behind stucco and in winter it would freeze and pop the stucco off…

Removed a gas insert and aluminum vent tubes this morning and installed a 13x13 pop top damper for new gas log set going...

Cosmetic repairs on 100 year old chimneys…. Someone already previously painted them which without liners is always a bad idea…. But we are past that now… there were several spots where bricks spalled and bubbled the paint… we scraped down the bad spots and re faced some missing brick faces…. Not a lot we could do.. chimney was painted right over damaged brick… so this is basically maintenance on the chimneys…. And we then acrylic sealed them so they all matched each other……. This is the house of one of our Major suppliers so he asks and we do……. We can come back every couple years and touch them up because no one is replacing 6 chimneys …. They have been painted for years and there actually really good structurally …. So there good to go…..
