Rigatoni Update 🐾

Toni had his neuter surgery today and did amazing! Everything went smoothly and he’s now home resting peacefully in his own little gated recovery area.

The anesthesia definitely has him a little out of it tonight, but he’s being such a good boy. ❤️
And yes… the cone of shame has officially begun.
Toni will be rocking his cone for the next 2 weeks while he heals, or at least we'll try 😂

He’s not quite sure how he feels about his new accessory yet… but we’re pretty sure he’ll master the art of navigating life with it very quickly.

For now, lots of rest, cuddles, and quiet time!

I swear, we have the best mailman ever. 📨

Anyone would be a bit taken back with a porch full of Saint Bernards. But this man has watched these guys from PUPPIES (Rita and Rigatoni AND the puppies when they were born) and just walks right up with no hesitation 😂

They look forward to seeing him each and every day!!

Vet Visit Report 🩺🐾

Alfredo and Rosie had an appointment today and behaved like absolute angels!

The only problem?
They fell asleep in the exam room like they pay rent there.

Current stats:
🐶 Alfredo – 45 lbs
🐶 Rosie – 44.5 lbs

They were born November 29th… so yes… they are basically two small bears disguised as puppies. Their heads are already blocky and wide, especially around the muzzle and forehead. That’s a really nice Saint Bernard trait and usually means they’ll develop that big teddy-bear face as adults.

Many Saint Bernards at 14 weeks are 30 to 40 lbs
We are already mid-40s, which is the upper end of the growth chart.

We may have two very large Saints on our hands 😄
