It feels absolutely crazy to post this because…DIDN’T SUMMER JUST START?!

Our final day of the season will be Wednesday, August 5. Be sure to keep an eye on the adjusted fair week hours, too!

Since the pump outage stole a few of our swim nights, we’re adding another one tomorrow, Tuesday, July 28. The pool will be open from 1–6pm and again from 8–10pm.

If anything changes or we manage to squeeze in even more pool time, we’ll keep you updated!🏊‍♀️☀️

Due to printing press issues for our printer the Rustler Sentinel issue for this week will be delayed. They are hoping to have it fixed so that the May 13 issue can be mailed tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Zain Harvey Dabo Obituary
Zain Harvey Dabo was born on February 6, 2019, in Elkhorn, Nebraska, to Abdoul and Brandy Dabo. He passed away from DIPG on February 1, 2026, at his home, surrounded in love by those he cherished most.

From the moment he entered the world, Zain brought joy, laughter, and light to everyone around him. He was a natural jokester who loved playing pranks and making others smile. His playful spirit and bright personality filled every room he entered.

Zain had many passions for someone so young. He loved Pokémon, Ben 10, dinosaurs, Godzilla, fishing, and playing soccer. Whether he was imagining great adventures, running across the field, or laughing with family and friends, Zain lived each day with enthusiasm and wonder.

Above all, Zain was deeply loved and will be forever remembered for his kindness, curiosity, and contagious laughter. His life, though far too short, touched countless hearts and leaves a lasting legacy of love.

Zain is survived by his parents, Abdoul and Brandy Dabo; his sister, Ayisha; his grandparents, Leonard and Deb Schreck., his aunts and uncles, Leonard Schreck, Jr., Lindsey (Chris) Houck, Hassana Dabo, Housseina Dabo, Khady Dabo, Rafia Dabo, and Ikma Dabo; his great grandmother, Marleen Herbolsheimer; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mahama and Ayisha Dabo, and his maternal great grandfather, Glenn Herbolsheimer.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Heafey-Hoffmann-Dworak-Cutler Mortuaries, 7805 W. Center Road, Omaha, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 5:00 p.m. Interment will be private.

Though Zain’s time with us was brief, his impact will last forever. His spirit lives on in every shared memory, every smile he inspired, and every heart he touched.

Rest peacefully, sweet Zain. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
