Former Wicomico High School teacher Chance Michael Hogue has been indicted on multiple charges involving the alleged s*xual abuse and exploitation of a minor student.

🔒 Hogue is being held without bond as he awaits trial.

Delaware State Police arrested 23-year-old Emily Pryor Albino of Seaford after investigators say she s*xually abused two teenage students and exchanged explicit messages with them at a Laurel dance studio. 38-year-old Travis Carpenter of Princess Anne has been arrested on multiple felony charges, including s*xual abuse of a minor, child abuse, solicitation of a minor, and multiple s*x offenses. Investigators say he fled Maryland before being tracked down and arrested in Virginia. He has since been extradited back to Maryland and is being held pending court proceedings. 🚔⚖️👮

A 26-year-old Salisbury man has been arrested on 40 criminal charges, including s*x abuse of a minor, second-degree r**e, and assault. ⚖️

Investigators allege Kyle Plaskon s*xually abused a child who lived in his household between January 2024 and October 2025. Authorities arrested him on July 24, and a Wicomico County judge ordered him held without bond. His next court date has not yet been scheduled.

⚠️ These are allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
