At last! We are SO very excited to share this menu with you. The menu is available Thursday, 2/15 thru Sunday, 2/18.
We have four brand-new entrées featuring some reimagined traditional West African dishes and some entirely new concepts we’re excited for you to try.
Don’t forget, we have a special selection of bottles from the vault that we’re bringing out to share with you guys! The wine is included with dinner.
This year, we wanted to place an emphasis on our Togolese heritage, like with our dessert, the Togolese Banana Fritter.
(Storytime!) Jordan’s mom used to make these fritters among other concessions to sell to the local workers during their breaks. And as many of you know, Jordan’s main inspiration is his Mom, Nadu. Growing up, he helped his mom prepare and sell the food and thus began his culinary journey.
The tradition continues with Jordan’s daughter, Olivia, who similarly took interest in cooking through watching him cook and host dinner parties, ultimately leading to the opening of Mé Lon Togo.
