Never introduced myself on this page, but my followers deserve to know!

My name is Ponce I grew up in Northern California, but I was born in the Philippines.

Before, I would neglect my mental health and not prioritized it, but I realized how vital it is in my life. Everyone deserves to be mentally healthy.

That's why I made this page and a youtube channel. Its purpose is to spread awareness and knowledge about the importance of mental health.

I say this a lot to my followers, but ill say it again thank you for your support it means a lot!
