PAY STRUCTURE
💰 every crew member gets paid after every successful salvage + unload.
Hourly wages range from 100,000 → 20,000 aUEC/hr depending on role.
- Pilot 100,000 aUEC/hr
positions the ship, and carries full risk.
- Salvage Beam Operators (x2) — 50,000 aUEC/hr
Primary extraction crew; high activity and precision required.
-Off-ship salvage crew 40,000 aUEC/hr
Board the Salvage ship and load the reclaimer with any cargo found. Space suits and zero-G travel experience perferred.
- loader/ Unloaders — 30,000 aUEC/hr
Keep internal logistics flowing and prevent bottlenecks
- Engineers — 20,000 aUEC/hr
Manage power, heat, and emergency repairs.
- Medics — 20,000 aUEC/hr
Stabilize injuries and keep the crew operational.

ENTRY LEVEL
- Deckhands / General Crew — 10,000 aUEC/hr
Assist with basic tasks and learn the salvage loop.
- Claw Operator — 5,000 aUEC/hr
Controls the claw system on the ship.
No percentages.
