SNW S4 E6 • Off-Hour - Your Thoughts

Every character shined and it was classic Star Trek the entire bottle episode. The story didn't rely upon previous events of other shows. This might be one of the best episodes of the entire series.

The personal moment for me was when Scotty realized the Enterprise will bring them home. In that moment, he became the "miracle worker" and Pelia knew it. Her facial expression at that moment was priceless. It was also a total surprise to have the introduction of Dr Boyce; a character last seen in TOS.

No spoilers, but this moment, in this weeks episode, felt absolutely golden. It is a unique milestone. For Trek fans, who truly know Montgomery Scott, you'll get it.

SNW S4 E6 • Off-Hour - Now Streaming

An incredibly intense episode and it starts right off the bat. Feels like Seasons 1 and 2. Loved it!!

The Enterprise is caught in a slipstream that pushes its warp drive towards a critical limit forcing the crew to repair the ship--and save each other--before it's too late.

We likely wouldn't have Star Trek without Bjo Trimble. If you ever get a chance to meet her, I highly would recommend it. You won't regret it!!

SNW S4 & Trek Franchise - How Goes It?

So many opinions. So many stories and thoughts on this season of SNW, but also about the franchise altogether. 

How are you feeling right now with the way Star Trek is going? The lack of announcements for new shows. The continued reference to some movie that may or may not ever happen. It's anyone's guess. 

There have always been transitions with Star Trek. There was a transition when TNG first appeared in 1987, after Star Trek IV came out a year earlier. It happened again after 2004, when Enterprise ended. Then, in 2009, the Kelvin Universe film debuted. This current period feels very different.
