You are not a bad mom for wanting something for yourself. Say it louder. 💛

Somewhere along the way, moms got convinced that putting themselves last was the same thing as being a good mom. It’s not. Taking care of YOU is taking care of your kids. Your health, your body, your mental space that stuff matters. An exhausted, depleted version of you isn’t the best version of you, and your family deserves the best version. So does you.
Protect your time. Move your body. Eat well. Rest without guilt. That’s not selfish that’s strategy. 💛
