Love seeing these beauties pop up all over town. Finally. Hated the boring white signs that did nothing to build up what I have worked so hard to build. Seattle Afloat was born over my love for houseboats and floating homes and my lifelong adoration of the water. I have always been a water baby. Today it transcends to a greater reach because the entire region is so water based. The name Seattle Afloat is for land homes too. We all love the water. It’s been around for a couple decades as my brand. And it’s a brokerage now. That’s my big news.

Seattle Afloat has always been my baby and it has come a long way. I have had some of the most incredible cheerleaders along the way that made the toxic things not matter: my beloved floating community of course ❤️. In addition there was the incredible person who taught me to really niche out on what I wanted to sell. I still believe I wouldn’t be anywhere without the genius of him so thank you . He knows it. The 2025 Seattle floating home market has been selective, and every sale has taken persistence and focus. So far this year, 9 floating homes have closed, representing 18 transaction sides and $38,585,000 in total volume. Only one of these sides was not represented by a broker, showing how essential professional guidance is in this unique niche.
