Here’s the secret to undertones👇

🔆Easiest way to find the undertones of a white is to put the paint sample next to a piece of plain white paper. You’ll be able to see how much yellow or blue it has and will be able to see the color more clearly.

🪑This can help you choose the perfect shade based on your fixed finishes.

🎨Another way is to find the paint swatch and see what colors are above and/or below it on that swatch. Or which colors are to the right and left in the lineup of swatches at the paint store.

While I never reccomend choosing your color at the store, it can help you see how cool or warm the shade of white is.

🎨Don’t let the name fool you-there’s such a tiny hint of pink that you might mistake this for a creamy, soft white.

🖌️But that’s why this color so great-it has depth and will look different depending on the light and what else is surrounding it.

🍬If you use pink decor it will pull the pink out just enough to make the walls look like a barely there pink.

🪑Pair it with warmer wood tones, and you’ll be searching hard for any sign of pink.
