I want to share part of our cloth diaper journey.
Amelia has extra sensitive skin, and regular diapers are not an option for us, I decided to do a mix of cloth and cotton based disposable diapers.
I don’t follow any path, but I create my own depending on each circumstance and this is working for us.
Green Mountain Diapers guided us during this journey, full of amazing resources, information and the best options for cloth diapers as well.
Our stash is minimalistic, and I do a mix of wool covers and cotton inserts. Washing then is very easy since they go to the washing machine, and drier. Wool covers need to be hand washed and hang dry.
Cloth diapers are comfortable, and an amazing option to care for our planet and our babies.
I need to mention that during busy days I just use the disposable because of convenience, usually this is when we are out.
