Two days after launching a Falcon 9 rocket from Florida and landing it again, SpaceX accomplished the same feat in California, to put 10 Iridium satellites in orbit.
A SpaceX 230-foot Falcon 9 rocket rose through clear skies carrying a cluster of next-generation spacecraft to upgrade Iridium Communications Inc's satellite constellation.
SpaceX once again landed the lower part of the rocket back on a floating platform. That return landing is part of a goal to save money by reusing major components in multiple launches.
Space Exploration Technologies Corp. blasted a rocket with 10 commercial satellites into space, rebounding from a catastrophic accident in September.

The recovery after an earthquake is not only about repairing destroyed homes, schools, hospitals, and basic infrastructure, it is also about recovering from the mental trauma and anguish of having survived an unimaginable tragedy.
This story about the mental health relief efforts being led by International Red Cross and Crescent are truly inspirational:

“Without mental health services,” Cheung said. “You can give someone food but you can’t give them an appetite. You can give them shelter, but not a home. You can give them materials to rebuild their homes, but not to rebuild their lives. You can give them a blanket, but not sleep.”

The efforts of the Japanese and Nepal Red Cross Societies in Melamchi are slowly helping to heal the mental injuries of earthquake survivors.
In a sad twist of fate, today it was announced that Nepal would not qualify to receive to debt relief from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the Catastrophe Containment and Relief Trust. In order to qualify, the disaster must impact at least one-third of the country's population and either destroy 25% of the nation's productive capacity or cause damage equal to the size of the country's economy. Nepal met the first condition, but not the second.
The good news is that other donors have provided generous amounts of aid, as well as volunteer groups organising to help out. BlueCosmo Satellite Communications is one of many companies which have supported the earthquake relief effort, helping to find, rescue, and provide assistance to the residents affected by the natural disaster.
