Over 100 years ago, women fought for the right to vote, but the fight for equality didn’t end there. Today, women founders and business owners are still underfunded, undervalued, and underestimated.

At F*Bomb, we believe equality means women having equal access to capital, clients, and opportunities to thrive. Because true equality in business isn’t about letting a few women in the door. It’s about blowing the damn doors wide open.

National Women’s Equality Day is a reminder that progress matters, but we’re not done until women in business have the same freedom to build, scale, and succeed as anyone else.

Burnout is not a badge of honor. REST is a f*cking business strategy.

Let’s kill the hustle culture lie that says you’re only valuable when you’re maxed out.

😴 Rest isn’t weakness. It’s wisdom.
👸🏻 It’s not a luxury. It’s leadership.

As small business owners, we hold everything. The strategy, the stress, the vision, the invoices. And that weight? It’s heavy as hell.

So taking a damn break isn’t falling behind. It’s how we keep going.

Sustainable success requires boundaries, recovery, and intentional pauses. We don’t need to earn rest. We need to normalize it as part of how we lead and grow.

Because the real flex? Still loving what you do six months from now.

Burnout is just a fast-track to resentment, exhaustion, and losing the spark that made you start this s*t in the first place.

🚀 No matter where you stand on Blue Origin, there’s one part of this mission we do want to highlight: Amanda Nguyen.

Before she became a Nobel Peace Prize nominee and champion for survivors’ rights, Amanda was studying astrophysics—dreaming of space. That dream was violently interrupted when she was r***d while at Harvard. She went on to rewrite sexual assault laws and build a global movement. Now? She just fulfilled a life long dream as an astronaut and the first Vietnamese woman to fly to space.

For Amanda, this isn’t a PR stunt. It’s a full-circle moment for someone who refused to let the world define her limits. 💫
