Sanctuary is where we’re going to talk alotta lotta lotta about what your space means to you.
And then we’re going to get to work.
Why would we do this?
What’s the big deal with how our spaces feel?
Our homes show us what we think, what we believe, and what and how we feel. Essentially, they’re like bigger versions of us. That may illicit some scary feelings as you look around the room you’re in!
What if you don’t like how your space feels? What if it feels terrible to you? Then let’s start there.
Let’s sort out how your space can not only feel better but can, in fact, be activated as a place that holds all your wildest dreams, your hearts desires.

My first attempt (out of many many many, I’m sure) where I answer the #1 most asked question: “Do I get drained when I do energy work?”
My favorite teacher 😊, Eric Dowsett, often says that this work is “So simple it takes a lifetime to explain”.
I relate.
Keep asking me the hard and complicated questions. I love working with energy more than almost anything and will 💯 spend the rest of my days trying to explain this simple, complicated stuff. 💥
Also, my hair looks really bad in this video but I’m shelving my vanity for the greater cause here, folks. 🤣
This poem was emailed to me today from the hospice volunteer team at Providence. They are the kindest, sweetest people. I cherish them and I cherish this tender poem.

It took me about 15 years but I did it. Fear of the unknown? What might come up? What I might find? Yeaaaa.
But I did get it all sorted out.
In this vid, I talk through how we get stuck (even before we get started) and I re-learned/remembered some essential Stuffology ABC’s.
(And yes, I miss my hairdresser @tommygeneharlow very very much.)
