Measles is spreading in our communities, and we should know how to recognize it. People with measles usually get a fever, cough, runny nose, red and watery eyes, and rash. These symptoms do not all happen at the same time. If you see a rash, call your doctor or clinic. They will make a plan for you to visit without potentially exposing others to the measles virus. Jadeecadu waxay ku faafaysaa bulshooyinkeena waana inaan ogaano sida loo aqoonsado. Dadka qaba jadeecada badanaa waxay yeeshaan qandho, qufac, sanka oo duuf ka socdo, indho guduudan oo biyo leh iyo finan. Calaamadahaan dhammaantood isku mar ma wada dhacaan. Haddii aad aragto finan, wac dhakhtarkaaga ama rugtaada caafimaadka. Waxay kuu diyaarin doonaan qorshe aad ku timaado adigoon halis u gelin dadka kale fayraska jadeecada. Measles is a serious illness spreading in our communities. It can be especially bad for babies and young children, pregnant people, and people with weak immune systems. Measles is highly contagious. It spreads when people cough, sneeze, breathe, or talk. However, we can protect our families and ourselves! Our doctors tell us the measles vaccine is safe and the strongest protection. We also can limit the spread of measles by staying apart from others when we are sick. https://doh.wa.gov/you-and-your-family/immunization/diseases-and-vaccines/measles-mumps-and-rubella-mmr

Jadeecadu waa cudur halis ah oo ku faafaya bulshooyinkeena. Waxay si gaar ah ugu daran tahay dhallaanka iyo carruurta yaryar, dadka uurka leh iyo dadka leh difaac jir oo daciif ah. Jadeecadu aad bay u faaftaa. Waxay faaftaa marka dadku qufacaan, hindhisaan, neefsadaan ama hadlaan. Hase ahaatee, waxaan ilaalin karnaa nafteena iyo qoysaskeena. Dhakhaatiirteenu waxay noo sheegaan in tallaalka jadeecadu yahay mid ammaan ah isla markaana ah difaaca ugu xooggan ee looga hortagi karo jadeecada. Sidoo kale waxaan yareyn karnaa faafitaanka jadeecada marka aan ka fogaano dadka kale marka aan xanuunsanahay.
