Sub 49 is more than a label – It started out as 7 young producers from Seattle, wanting to showcase local talent, our love for music, and our home. We’ve signed over 111 artists, 173 songs, across 23 countries, and after 6 years, we just had our 100th catalog release. And we’ve watched our friends grow as we root for them, releasing on massive lab

els such as Night Bass, Confessions, Dim Mak, Spinning, and more. Labels are not just .wav files, it’s the connections that are made that give it life at its core. From the Pacific Northwest to the dance floor; Heavy Beats, Love, and connections are what we stand for.

Welcome back to Sub 49 Radio, exclusively on C89.5FM, the world’s oldest dance music radio station. This week we have Fantom Freq (aka Moist Master Flex 💦 aka Thiccchief 🍑 aka Sleepy boi 💤 aka Jorsh 🤓)

We just brought out and .roze to Seattle for a SOLD OUT show with at .seattle a couple of weeks ago. And we thought, what better way to send him home than putting him on the air waves?

Hailing from Los Angeles, DJ & Producer Fantom Freq made his way onto the underground
house music stage with releases on 3000 Bass, Bite This!, The Boat House, Gold Digger, In/Rotation, Space Yacht, Yosh Bass, and more! He has been providing the
house music scene with a much-needed heavier sound through his music and contributing to
the culture via his own imprint, Thiccfreqness Records. With his label, Fantom Freq has been
servicing the underrated talent in the scene since 2021 and starting 2024, he's been throwing monthly LA Warehouse shows, bringing the Thiccfreqness sound with him.
