There are four things that The Wandering Ear wants to be known for
Authenticity
Rawness
Connection
Experience
Mission Statement:
We are a community that’s driven by authenticity, rawness, and connecting others to experience music in a meaningful way. We’re dedicated to the feels. I don’t really see as a music blog as much as a platform to connect people to music and for them to authentically feel something when it comes to music. We are dedicated to the feels can be summarized to the idea that music has an authentic way of making people feel something and we want to make that feeling known. Our goal is to create an environment where anyone can feel something when it comes to the music that we have or how we talk about it on The Wandering Ear.
History Of The Wandering Ear:
The Wandering Ear was created out of the need for Daniel to share his thoughts and feelings about music. Daniel has always been someone that liked music and writing but in 2016 while Daniel was in his apartment in Tucson Arizona eating some Little Cesars Pizza he thought about this idea of a music blog that was dedicated to the feels. At the time Daniel was dealing with a lot of personal stuff and all he remembers was music and writing was his way out of his mind. So, that day he created The Wandering Ear and he created the tagline that goes “We’re dedicated to the feels”. Daniel ultimate mission for The Wandering Ear wasn’t just to talk about music but it was to share his feelings through music and through writing and hopefully his readers or listeners can also feel something too. Three years later we still hold strong to that idea that “We’re dedicated to the feels”
