In a life still full of hardships, wild bamboo shoots are not only a source of clean food but also a way for my daughter and me to earn extra income to support our daily lives.

After harvesting, I brought the bamboo shoots home, prepared them, boiled them thoroughly, and made them into a simple yet flavorful dish of bamboo shoots with chili, a taste of the mountains and forests. Each jar of bamboo shoots is made with my own hands, with perseverance and hope for a better life for my daughter.

Selling the bamboo shoots at the market, I understand that even though life is still difficult, with hard work and perseverance, my daughter and I can gradually overcome the difficulties. Every penny earned is the sweat, love, and responsibility of a mother.
