Mark McCarthy a.k.a. DJ Gotek, is a Seattle-based Electronic Dance Music DJ and aspiring producer.

DJ Gotek is a Seattle-based electronic dance music DJ spinning Trance, Progressive House, Techno, Deep House, and other assorted electronic beats. Mark’s EDM mixes have been featured around the world on Internet radio stations like DI.FM and Trance Euphoria 2013, and local NW radio such as Portland's KNRK 94.7FM, "Expressions Sessions" on KZME 107.1FM, and "The Tunnel" on KSER 90.7FM in Seattle. D

J Gotek has been playing at a growing list of clubs around the NW and is currently a resident DJ for the Mission Trance show at the Whiskey Bar in Portland, OR. DJ Gotek has been opening for some top DJ talent from around the world over the past year such as The Blizzard, Cressida, Roger Shah, Falcon, Ronski Speed, Protoculture, Lange, Cosmic Gate, Alex M.O.R.P.H., and Daniel Kandi. Mark’s passion is bringing the very best in electronic dance music to the masses and hopefully it shows in the mixes he creates. ☺

Wow..what a fun time last night was, opening for Dave Dresden of Gabriel & Dresden, massively talented pioneers in early Trance/Progresive, for New Years Eve at Ora Seattle. The crowd was so fun to play for, so many sweaty hugs and arms in the air when the clock struck twelve. Happy New Year everyone, and my set was recorded so should be up on Soundcloud sometime soon. 🎆🫶🍾🍾🍾

It was a fantastic night, opening for Judge Jules, a renowned UK EDM DJ and icon. I had the pleasure of sharing the DJ booth with my long-time friend and fellow DJ, Janice Chae, whose company is always delightful. As expected, Judge Jules proved to be a charming, humorous, and witty British gentleman, making our encounter truly unforgettable. His unique blend of trance/house/electro music was impressive, and the crowd's energy was palpable, radiating positivity. Once again, feeling very grateful for the experience. 🫶🎶🔥🦄🦄🦄

Hey guys, just a quick reminder that, TOMORROW NIGHT, we have a world-renown, O.G. music industry celeb, Julius O'Riordan, better known by his stage name, Judge Jules, British 🇬🇧 dance music DJ, record producer, and entertainment lawyer (no joke haha 💪..), playing Ora Seattle.
