Hey everyone!
Hope you had a great holiday season and have a great New Year. We've been working so much on Don's editing and VFX that we almost forgot to update you all!
To begin, we are scuplting maquettes of Don in his full armor and also the antagonist that he faces at the end of the film. We'd love to show you more, but we think a big reveal during the film's premiere will be more fun for everyone.
Also we've been chipping away at all the VFX shots throughout the film. These are predominatley enviornmental touchups, with some being more extensive than others. These are some samples (with temporary grades thrown on).
We've also watched the rough edit of the movie and it turned out pretty great! We've made notes of what we can improve and enhance, but overall we are quite pleased with everything. The film community really pitched in and helped make this little film something truly remarkable.
So we will keep plugging away and giving more updates down the road. Hope to have the film finished by 2025!
