Demand for homes remains strong

Inventory has improved, but there still.are not enough homes available for Buyers' demand

The extremely and artificially low interest rates of 4 -5 years ago has set us up for a marker where people don't want to give up those mortgages so they still aren't selling

Builders are still not building in the mid-to-lower end so that is where demand continues to outstrip supply of homes to buy or rent
