As Pride Month comes to a close, we want to share our support and belief in the importance of recognizing and honoring the LGBTQIA+ community and our employees. We aim to actively continue fostering a culture of acceptance, respect, and equality where everyone can be their authentic selves. 🌈

During an all-hands dedicated to Pride, we got together to celebrate, learn and connect on the true spirit of Pride. It was a time of sharing personal stories, discussing meaningful allyship, exploring ways to celebrate and get involved, and delving into the rich history of Pride that has shaped this vibrant community.

During our discussions, we explored the history of q***rness, the importance of education around marriage equality, gender-affirming care, q***r history, and celebrated traditions. Our discussions centered around the extensive challenges currently unfolding around us due to the impact of anti-LGBTQIA+ bills and the risks they pose to progress and everyday life.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed their knowledge and experiences, helping us deepen our understanding of the importance of creating safe spaces for ourselves and our loved ones and continued support for LGBTQIA+ rights, history, allyship, and safety all year round. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
