The PCN has been chosen to serve the United States Space Force and its associated supply chains. Jeff conceived and created the Oregon Enterprise Blockchain Venture Studio (OEBVS) to establish Oregon’s position with this emerging technology. He serves as Board Chair for the Portland State University Blockchain Advisory Board and sits on the Cascadia Blockchain Council and the US Blockchain Coalition, both of which are affiliated with the Washington Technology Industries Association.
Jeff completed his education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Marketing, post-graduate work at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, and Portland State University’s College of Business.
