Wednesday Lesson: Bouncing Back from Setbacks

This week, I faced a few setbacks—life threw some unexpected challenges my way, and honestly, I felt pretty down about it.

It’s easy to get discouraged when things don’t go as planned, but I’m learning that setbacks are just part of the journey.

What matters most is how we respond.

Today, I’m choosing to get back up, refocus, and move forward with my business and my goals.

Progress isn’t always a straight line, and that’s okay. Every step—even the tough ones—teaches us something valuable.

Every day, I dedicate time to researching and gathering contact info for local businesses right here in Seattle.

I use online directories, Google Maps, and even social media to find the right people to connect with.

My tip:

Stay organized by keeping a simple spreadsheet and jotting down a note about each business you find!

It’s a lot of work, but I know every new contact is a new opportunity to help someone grow.
