Cotton candy 🍭 and unicorn fudge with sprinkles on top!
Life almost felt Normal for a moment! We went to Silverwood theme park with my family in North Idaho! My parents have always dreamed about us moving to Idaho! The answer has always been NO! I can honestly say that this is the first time that I actually really enjoyed Idaho! As the "New Normal" narrative was MIA!
I know that hearing that upsets some people! As I it did me as well before I did my own soul searching and research! Whatever your opinion is on this current situation! Make sure that your opinion is based on your own true feelings not based on what you've been fed by the media!

Stand with integrity! Always take the high road! When someone attacks you Remember it is true strength to not Bite back! Yesterday I had a woman that I don't even know I throw a curse my way, for my decision of not agreeing with facemasks! I left a blessing of health and prosperity on her! Even though she wished me to be on a ventilator! At what point in time, did people start wishing harm upon their brothers and sisters. For seeing things from a different perspective! When you get to a place in your life that you can without batting an eyelash, TRULY and instantly Bless those that curse you. You will understand what TRUE INNER POWER feels like!

My hair is finally growing! Having had long hair for such a long time! Last year I decided that I wanted a change! Sometimes when you want other things to change in your life, You think that changing our outside appearance will be answer! The things around us are nice and wonderful but they are not the end all! Yes it feels wonderful to look good and to have nice things around us! But the true change needs to happen on the inside, in order for us to feel our best!
After I cut my hair I totally regretted it and didn't feel like I looked as beautiful! It Reminded me to just be myself! And also gave me a chance to remember that all beauty, is not just surface beauty! You are the only you, so be You!

Life has been really interesting lately! I refuse to be the victim! I refuse to fight for my limitations because that will just keep you prisoner to the past! I have been gifted with enormous empathy and understanding of why we do what we do! And the story behind our actions and our troubles and ailments! I am so grateful for this gift it has taught me that to heal or to grow you must not stay in the past! Once you have found the wound clean & tend to it! BUT THEN LET IT HEAL! Honor it by moving forward and growing! I Know sometimes that can seem impossible, because that is the place that you have always stumbled! Learn to create a stubborn resilience inside of you that won't give up and won't give in! Refused to settle for what you have accepted in the past! Raise your standards! You are worth the work that it takes!

My indigenous Native American heritage has helped me to understand why I feel everything so deeply! And that is why I filter everything that I look at! I am very selective to the stories that I read, the movies that I watch, the conversations that I hold! It's not ignorance to do this but it is a conscious ancient wisdom passed down from the elders! The wolf that you choose to feed will get the strongest! With so much turmoil going on in the world right now. It has been very difficult to sift through the brokenness, to find the light! That is why I offer this prayer of my ancestors!
Oh great spirit who made all races. Look kindly upon the whole human family, and take away the arrogance, and hatred which separates us from our brothers! In the circle we are all equal! When in the circle, no one is in front of you, no one is behind you, no one is above you, no one is below you! The sacred circle is designed to create unity! The Earth is a sacred circle our Mother! Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves! All things are bound together, all things connect! Love one another! Chief looking horse teaches that everything has a spirit, and to honor that! That means that the discord that is going on right now has a spirit! So does the love! No energy can be destroyed it can only be transformed! Therefore we must transform the discord into the harmony of love! Healing does not mean that the damage never existed it means it no longer controls our lives!
I don't have to pick a side! There is no side to pick, because we are all one! If you are saddened and hurt, then I will sit here with you as I have been hurt before! If you are filled with rage and anger, I will be here for you when you realize that your anger stems from grief! I will not judge you for the outburst! Even if I don't agree with the spirit of discord! I will only say that The physician cannot do his work while you are still convulsing! Grief has many stages and I stand by you through all of them! Because
We all bleed the same color!

There is so much noise out there in the world! That noise is trying to separate you from your purpose & from the place in your soul that brings you joy! And now the noise has been amplified! I spent many years letting in too much of the noise! I didn't consciously let it in. I hadn't yet refined my knowledge & wisdom, in my young mind on how to tune it out! I just knew that there was something inside of me that was repelled by it! And that manifested as depression & anxiety!
I always knew that there was a place that I could go to in my heart & mind that was free! Though at time's it was hard to find that place when I did, it was more real than anything else! And It perplexed me how different these two worlds were, yet right next to each other! How is that possible? How do I stand in the light more often? And how do I show others that there is light! It was in these moments of asking the deeper questions that I began to grow! The curiosity though brought out by pain, grew into something Beautiful! I wasn't willing to settle for the answers that the world was giving me. The noise was trying to tell me that I was too weak to stand on my own! That I needed to be medicated! When I asked the doctor for how long? He said possibly forever! That did not make sense to me! You mean broken forever?
What happened to the beautiful world that I knew before I took on the judgments, fears & rules of conduct of others! Someone else's programming! Along with the false idea to settle for less than my true value! I couldn't have came here for that! Over time I began to realize that these were the outside forces! That was why they felt so uncomfortable! Because they were never meant to take root inside of me! I began to find my inner strength & Divine Value! I developed the wisdom to tune out the noise! To listen to my intuition & turn away from things that do not feed my soul! I deliberately chose what was going to enter into my mind, home and most importantly my heart! I started to ask myself how I felt before the world got in! Finally I returned to my natural nature! And my Crystal Clear journey of Light! @ Seattle, Washington

❁Living in full bloom❁
A few weeks ago The cherry blossoms we're out in full bloom! Isn't it beautiful how all flowers bloom at different times of the year! I believe that we Bloom as well both physically and spiritually! When we look at others and they are in bloom! Though all unique flowers, they are a sight to behold! Everyone appreciates their fragrance and beauty!

I started noticing people in bloom a few years ago! When I stopped comparing myself to others, I started realizing that they are in a bloom season of their life! I started to notice that they were standing in their purpose and sharing their gifts and talents with others!

I saw it in the Doctors and Nurses that took care of my Mom after her brain hemorrhage! I saw it in the Navajo Native American guides that were teaching me about my heritage! I noticed it everywhere from the Architect to the Gardener! I saw it in the people that I follow, their inspiration flowed through them like a river .braden to . I even noticed it in the people that have gone before us! And the legacy's that they have left us! Such as James Allen, Andreas Moritz and Masaru Emoto! My list could go on FOREVER!
The more that I appreciated it, the more I noticed it everywhere I looked! And at times it would literally bring me to tears because it was so Beautiful!

The thing about flowers is that one flower is not minimized by another flower blooming! Flowers do not compare themselves to others! They just bloom in their own time and season! We all deserve to bloom! And we will bloom, if we continue to face the light! I've learned a lot by watching others bloom before me! I used to think, when is it going to be my turn? That thought has been replaced by a true feeling of joy for others and their successes! And a knowing that my Creator has a time and season for me to Bloom!

We must appreciate and celebrate others, wherever they are in their journey! Whether in seed form or in full bloom! The Gardner does not think any differently of seedling or the full grown plant, because he knows the Greatness within each seed!
