Transformational Forgiveness - Seattle, Sunday, Jan 25.

One of the things that I see with so many of women I work with, is that we are fairly quick to forgive others, but forget (or even resist) forgiving the most important person - ourself!!! The big problem with this approach is when we don't forgive ourself, we can't fully forgive the other person and thus the memory lingers. It comes from a misunderstanding that forgiveness is about the other person, which it is not. Forgiveness is ALWAYS ABOUT US!

The best way to take care of ourselves is to forgive ourselves regularly for everything! Easier said than done - believe me, I know.

I invite you to join me this Sunday, Jan. 25 for a class I teach on Transformational Forgiveness. This work was "downloaded" to me in December 2000, when my Guides determined I needed to do some in-depth forgiveness work! Out of the work they advised I do myself, a class evolved. And I have taught it worldwide.

This class is unique in that it covers the many benefits that result from forgiving - physical health and wellness, mental,emotional, and spiritual. The information shared will assist you in making the changes in your thinking and actions that true forgiveness requires. It becomes an ongoing practice.

The topic we will celebrating on February 5th at the next Heart & Soul event is about love. One of the best avenues to begin receiving, giving and most importantly flowing the force of love is through the practice of forgiveness. Forgiveness is a practice and the benefits of transformational forgiveness are many. To really prepare you for this next Heart & Soul experience, Verla Wade, one of the core IDE' Council members and the founder of the Shekinah work here in Seattle, is presenting a class on Transformational Forgiveness. On a personal note, I received so much clarity and healing from this class when I attended in 2012. The time stream of 2014 is flowing rapidly - we are half-way through the year!!!

With time moving so quickly it is important that we are conscious of how we are "spending and experiencing it".

Is time serving you or are you a servant of time? How do we know the answer to this question? Only one way - what is the measure of the quality of our life?

One of my wisest teachers says that there are only two questions we are asked after we transition from this life:
How much joy have you experienced? and
How much joy have you brought to others?

My newest joy in life is the work I am doing with Dr. Theresa "Ibis" Bullard in preparing women to claim their roles in the world as co-creators of the New Paradigm and bringing in Divine Union. "Reclaiming the Feminine Soul" has proven transformational to many women in North America in the last 6 months.

We are premiering the next class in Seattle "Embodying the Beloved" at the end of this month. If you have not joined us in this life-changing class, please consider participating at the end of June - more information below.

I invite you to experience life this month by asking yourself these two questions each day

Wherever people are in joy and positivity, are kind and honoring/noble towards one another, are responsible as good stewards of the earth, aware of our interconnectedness and the living system that this planet and all life on it is, there Shekhinah will dwell within. Connection to Shekhinah is strongest when we are able to sustain the joy of living.

WE CREATE OUR REALITY!

I have heard this for years and still find these to be strong words. In the past I heard them from a place of what I was doing wrong. So I have been "a bit" resistant to the concept that I might be creating or co-creating a reality that I don't particularly like or am not always happy with!

However, in the last few years I have discovered it is true for me - "We Do Create Our Reality". And it is also true that if I created it and I don't like it, I have the ability and power to RE-CREATE. This concept has set me free - truly free to love and enjoy my life.

This art is a great reminder that each day we need to choose our own colors and flavors. And then create our reality from a place of flow - responding to what we encounter.

As a woman I am strong and enduring. But honestly, that is not the legacy that I want to leave - I want to celebrate my diversity of color, flow my passion, experience an abundance of joy, and live from my fulfillment.

Women are constantly birthing and creating. It is at the core of their innermost nature to create and re-create ... to strive for perfection in an imperfect world. Since before the beginning of time, the feminine has been creating. Our Divine Creatrix is the Shekinah (the feminine face of God). She set the original pattern in motion for women to create - our universe, our world, our reality.

I invite you to take a moment to connect with the Shekinah - and reaquaint yourself with the origin of the divine feminine pattern of creation. Just as the Shekinah is at the core of the creation of the universe, we are at the source of creating the world around us. Men and women alike - since we each have an inner union of male and female.

When the consciousness of the inner male and female approaches union and balance, beauty and magick happens. Our lives and come into balance and our world is that much closer to Divine Union.
