If someone would have told me that this was where my life was headed just three years ago I would have thought me the sane one.
Not only that, I have struggled with mental health issues the better part of my teen and into my adult life. these songs are the documented step by step song to song map that brought me out of the mental blockages that held me in deep depression and gave me the tools I needed to move on and up. granted some of the lessons repeated and repeated as that can be seen in the song to song storyline a song that sounds the same but may have shifted a phrase or two that was still part of the growth some lessons in life take repitition to get grow and implement. Which brings me to the part that matters most. (Repetition is the lesson no matter the road you decide to go down!) this is the road I chose that worked for me and I believe it will hit home for many others.
