Realistic, BUT Advanced Boxing Combination ⬇️

The Combination:
• Jab
• Cross - quick 1-2
Then:
• Shoulder Roll to avoid counters
Then:
• Cross
• Jab
• Cross - quick 2-1-2 but this last 2 you lean on the side to avoid getting countered
Then:
• Lead Uppercut - you bring that lead hand from down below to the chin
Lastly:
• Frame - to stop your opponent while getting out of danger zone

Boxing Combo Inspired by Mike Tyson 🥊

We start with:
• Jab
• Cross
• Lead hook
Then comes the signature Tyson-style movement:
• Slip and switch step to get inside
After that:
• Cross straight down the middle
• Finish with a lead hook

From there, get out of the danger zone using your preferred exit:
• Roll, Step back, Pull, L-step

This one is all about timing, angles and closing the distance with that switch step.

Heavy Bag Boxing Combos - Round 1 of 3 ↓↓

This boxing combination, is inspired from Mike TYSON when he fought vs his biggest opponent. Now this is not for beginners and I mix it with a touch of my own boxing style.

The key is to transfer your weight with every shot. Every punch should have intent, especially when you’re in the pocket.

Combo breakdown:

• Roll - you’re in the pocket, so don’t be rigid
• Rear Body Hook - roll the shoulder and then load the rear hip and fire a heavy hook into the ribs
• Left Hook Upstairs - use the rebound from the body shot to whip the lead hook to the head
• Right Hook - follow immediately with a compact right hook and keep it tight
• Minimal stance readjust - a tiny foot/torsion reset, don’t reset big, just enough to stay solid
• Left Hook Upstairs - snap it back from the lead side
• Right Body Hook - dig that rear hook into the ribs again by pushing through with your legs
• Right Hook - come back upstairs right away with the same rear hand and commit your weight for impact to finish it off
• Exit (step back / reset) - get out of the pocket, high guard up and ready for the next sequence

Ever feel like you’re not enough? 💔↓↓

Listen champs… i think we’ve all had that thought at some point in time, but lowering your worth just to get someone’s attention? That’s a losing game. Every time. And what’s crazy is, take sports for example, we don’t move like that. You would never say “let me train less so they like me more”. You’d never skip reps and expect big results. You’d never walk into a fight or competition halfway prepared and think that’s enough. So why do that in life?? So, if you’ve got real goals, it can be in the gym, in your career, in who you’re trying to become, you CAN’T afford to shrink yourself just to be accepted. That mindset follows you. And tbh with you, when you actually know your worth, you move different. You train different. You stop chasing validation and start focusing on getting better. And then the right people match your standards. Same thing with everything in life. The people who truly appreciate you won’t need you to water yourself down to keep them around.

Realistic & Effective Boxing Combo ⬇️

• Double Jab - to enter safely and judge distance
• Slip - when in the inside, you avoid incoming punches
• Lead Uppercut - bring that lead hand from underneath
• Lead Hook - with a small step back to not stay to long in that close range you bring it up again
• Cross - to finish strong with a straight down the middle

Use L-Step to get out of any other method that gives you a safe position after the boxing combo!

Full Boxing Combo: Step by Step ⬇️

Since you loved this type of video and wanted more, here you go champs, same format as before, follow the progression and build it up until you can hit it at full speed 🤝

We start simple:
• Double jab, reset
Then build:
• Double jab, cross
• Double jab, cross, jab
• Double jab, cross, jab, cross
Keep adding:
• Double jab, cross, jab, cross, lead hook
Then finish it:
• Double jab, cross, jab, cross, lead hook, liver shot

That’s your full boxing combo.

Then:
• Cross
• Jab
• Cross - quick 2-1-2 but this last 2 you lean on the side to avoid getting countered
Then:
• Lead Uppercut - you bring that lead hand from down below to the chin
Lastly:
• Lead Hook - you take a small step backward while throwing this last punch to get out of that danger zone

Boxing Combo: Pendulum Step Style ⬇️

This one has a subtle but important detail: the pendulum step.
It’s all about your weight shifting so your body is what’s driving the punches, not just your arms. Think that Soviet-style rhythm.

Combo Breakdown:
• Jab, come back
• Pendulum step into the jab (let the body carry it)
• Rear cross
• Come back, frame with the lead hand
• Cross straight down the middle
• Exit with an L-step

The key here is the weight transfer.
If you just throw the punches without the body, it won’t feel the same, so let the movement generate the shots.
