Floyd Mayweather Inspired Boxing Combo ⬇️

Today’s combo is inspired by Floyd Mayweather’s style, mixed with some of my own ideas. Lots of defense, timing and creating openings from that shoulder roll move

This one is not for beginners, so please make sure you’re comfortable with the movements before putting it all together.

The Combo Breakdown:
• Feint - give your opponent something to react to before you start
• Double Jab - close the distance and enter safely
• Cross - straight down the middle
• Shoulder Roll - protect yourself from the incoming counter
• Rear Uppercut - fire from that hidden hand after the shoulder roll
• Lead Hook - rotate the hips and bring it around
• Cross - finish straight down the middle
• Step Back + Frame - create space and protect yourself after the combination

There’s a lot of timing, body movement, and defensive mechanics in this one, so take your time with it.

The 3 of the most realistic boxing combos⬇️

Combo 1: Jab → Cross → Step to the outside → Cross again
The step outside takes you off the line and opens the target

Combo 2: Jab → Rear Uppercut → Liver Shot
That uppercut? It’s not just for the chin. Use it to lift their guard, expose the ribs and dig that liver shot in

Combo 3: Jab (head) → Jab (body) → Feint the Jab (body) → Overhand Right
The feint makes them bite and that’s when you send the overhand crashing in upstairs

Ever feel like you’re not enough? 💔↓↓

Listen champs… i think we’ve all had that thought at some point in time, but lowering your worth just to get someone’s attention? That’s a losing game. Every time. And what’s crazy is, take sports for example, we don’t move like that. You would never say “let me train less so they like me more”. You’d never skip reps and expect big results. You’d never walk into a fight or competition halfway prepared and think that’s enough. So why do that in life?? So, if you’ve got real goals, it can be in the gym, in your career, in who you’re trying to become, you CAN’T afford to shrink yourself just to be accepted. That mindset follows you. And tbh with you, when you actually know your worth, you move different. You train different. You stop chasing validation and start focusing on getting better. And then the right people match your standards. Same thing with everything in life. The people who truly appreciate you won’t need you to water yourself down to keep them around.

Well I shared my piece, I know this is a little bit different from what I share usually here, but if you ever had to remind yourself who you are and what you’re working toward and want to share, drop it below 💬

Defense into offense boxing combo ⬇️

• Shield
• quick Shoulder Roll
• then bring that hidden Cross straight down the middle
• then 1-2 Jab - Cross
• On that 2nd cross you lean on the inside and throw a Liver Shot to finish the job

Don’t forget to get out of the danger zone!

Switch-Step & L-Step in one Sequence ⬇️

First things first, the BEST DEFENSE in Boxing? Not being there.

Switch Step Breakdown:
• Drop your weight slightly into your lead leg
• Bring your rear shoulder in to stay protected
• Step your rear foot forward to replace the lead
• As that happens, kick your lead leg back out and let your hips twist naturally
• Now you’re set to fire a combo or like in this case pivot out clean again with an L-Step

L-Step Breakdown:
• Think of it as a smooth exit to your rear side
• Step out horizontally first (almost like a side step)
• Then finish the “L” shape by stepping forward at an angle
• You can follow up with a counter or just use it to not get caught.

Simple adjustments are key in boxing. It’s a game of inches.

Watch the video to see how and save it so you can try it out later!
I count on you 🫵

Realistic, BUT Advanced Boxing Combination ⬇️

This combination is inspired by Floyd Mayweather, with a mix of my own boxing style. Not for beginners!

The Combination:
• Shoulder Roll to avoid counters in the way in
Then:
• Cross
• Jab
• Cross - quick 2-1-2 but this last 2 you lean on the side to avoid getting countered
Then:
• Lead Uppercut - you bring that lead hand from down below to the chin
Lastly:
• Lead Hook - you take a small step backward while throwing this last punch to get out of that danger zone

My Favorite MIKE TYSON Boxing Combo ⬇️

This combo is all about flow and torque. The key is to transfer your weight with every shot. Every punch should have intent, especially when you’re in the pocket.

Combo breakdown:

• Roll - you’re in the pocket, so don’t be rigid
• Rear Body Hook - roll the shoulder and then load the rear hip and fire a heavy hook into the ribs
• Left Hook Upstairs - use the rebound from the body shot to whip the lead hook to the head
• Right Hook - follow immediately with a compact right hook and keep it tight
• Minimal stance readjust - a tiny foot/torsion reset, don’t reset big, just enough to stay solid
• Left Hook Upstairs - snap it back from the lead side
• Right Uppercut Body - dig that rear hand into the plexus or the chin if they bring it down by pushing through with your legs
• Right Hook - come back upstairs right away with the same rear hand and commit your weight for impact to finish it off
• Exit (step back / or L-Step) - get out of the pocket, high guard up and ready for the next sequence

Round 1 → Liver to Head Flow Combo ⬇️

Combination Breakdown:
• Jab – sharp entry
• Cross – rotate fully
• Left Hook to body – you’re now in the position to rip the liver
• Left Hook upstairs – continue the same side but change levels
• Roll under – evade, reset stance
• Rear Uppercut – powerful finisher, after your roll, you’ll find yourself in a position to fully bring it in.

💬 And you 🫵, do you prefer to work the distance or close in fighting?
