I absolutely to travel and explore new places. It expands my consciousness and opens me up to new possibilities. I love entering a space I’ve never been and simply being open to magical encounters. I do my best to see the world with eyes of wonder and awe because our world is truly magical and incredible. I always come back to gratitude for everything it to took that allows us to be here today and have the freedom to travel and learn through our experiences. PHOENIX RISING 🔥🪽
I just left England—a land of myth, magic and the world that gave us Fawkes—and flew into Phoenix, Arizona.
The symbolism feels too alive to ignore.
Ancient Egypt revered Bennu, the sacred heron associated with Ra, creation and the rising sun. Later traditions gave us the phoenix we recognize today: the solar bird whose ending becomes the beginning of a new cycle.
The phoenix does not avoid the fire.
It enters the transformation completely.
Many of us are standing between identities—no longer who we were, but not yet fully embodied as who we are becoming. Old structures are falling away, buried anger is surfacing and suppressed creative energy is asking to move.
Anger is not only destructive. It can reveal where our boundaries were crossed, our voices were silenced or we abandoned ourselves.
The invitation is not to burn the world.
It is to burn what is false.
Let the fire consume the shame, silence and identities that kept you small—then create with the energy that remains.
I’ve also noticed more men embracing the phoenix while many women awaken the dragon. Not as fixed gender roles, but as complementary archetypal energies:
The phoenix rises renewed.
The dragon embodies and directs the flame.
Together, they unite rebirth with sovereignty and creative inspiration with the courage to bring something new into form.
Like Fawkes, perhaps our tears can become medicine, our grief can become music and our endings can become initiations.
We are not here merely to recover who we used to be.
We are here to become someone new.
