Oreo cookies and pistachio cream combine to create a bold black-and-green rolled ice cream dessert with incredible color contrast. 💚🖤

The preparation begins with several chocolate sandwich cookies placed directly onto the freezing stainless-steel plate.

A thick stream of smooth green pistachio cream is poured over the cookies, coating their dark chocolate shells and white cream centers.

Two metal scrapers immediately begin pressing and chopping. The cookies crack into uneven crumbs while the pistachio cream spreads slowly across the frozen steel.

The dry crunch of the cookies and the fast tapping of the scrapers create a satisfying natural ASMR sequence.

A rich white ice cream base is poured over the crushed mixture. The worker rapidly chops, folds, and blends everything together until the base develops pale-green color with dramatic black cookie streaks.

Tiny Oreo crumbs remain scattered throughout the mixture, preserving the contrast between both main ingredients.

The mixture is spread into a thin rectangular frozen sheet. Once firm, a metal scraper is pushed beneath the edge, forcing the sheet to curl into tight spirals.

The finished rolls reveal layers of pale pistachio green, white cream, and dark chocolate-cookie crumbs.

The cup is topped with an Oreo piece, crushed pistachios, cookie crumbs, and a light pistachio drizzle.

Would you try Oreo with pistachio, or do you prefer the classic cookies-and-cream combination?

Crispy Loaded Pizza Potato Pinwheels! 🍕🥔🧀
Who knew mashed potatoes could turn into these irresistible golden spirals? Each pinwheel wraps together fluffy seasoned potato, rich tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, savory pepperoni, parmesan, and fragrant oregano. They are rolled, sliced, and air-fried until the edges become beautifully crisp while the cheesy pizza center stays warm and gooey. Serve them straight from the air fryer with marinara sauce for dipping!

Ingredients

2 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
½ cup cornstarch
¼ cup finely grated parmesan
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
⅓ cup thick pizza sauce
¾ cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
⅓ cup cooked pepperoni, finely chopped
2 tablespoons grated parmesan
½ teaspoon dried oregano
Cooking spray
Chopped parsley for garnish
Warm marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

Place the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water and boil until completely tender.
Drain thoroughly and leave them for 2–3 minutes so the remaining steam and moisture can escape.
Mash the potatoes until completely smooth. Add cornstarch, parmesan, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and oregano.
Mix until a smooth, manageable potato dough forms. Allow it to cool before rolling.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it into an even rectangle approximately ½ inch thick.
Remove the upper parchment sheet. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough while leaving a clean border around the edges.
Sprinkle the mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, parmesan, and oregano evenly over the sauce. Avoid overfilling the dough.
Use the lower parchment paper to roll the potato rectangle tightly into a compact log.
Wrap the log and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes. This makes it easier to slice without losing the spiral shape.
Cut the chilled log into equal pinwheels approximately ¾ inch thick.
Arrange the pinwheels flat inside the air-fryer basket, leaving space between them. Spray the surfaces lightly with cooking oil.
Air fry at 380°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes. Turn them carefully halfway through cooking.
Continue air-frying until the potato edges are golden and crisp and the mozzarella is completely melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce.
