It's not always glamorous.

Sometimes it's emails.

1. Waiting until the last minute.
Your favorite vendors may already be booked.

2. Choosing colors without considering the entire space.
Your balloons should complement your event—not fight with it.

3. Forgetting the purpose of your focal point.
Think about where guests will gather and where photos will be taken.

Yesterday’s setup for Texas State Technical College + Lone Star TXFAME! 🎈

We kept things clean, professional, and on-brand with custom balloon columns in their signature colors — topped off with personalized logo balloons to tie everything together.

I love when balloons can add a little personality to a professional space without taking away from the event itself. These columns were the perfect finishing touch!

My recommendation?

The sooner, the better! 🤍

For larger events and custom designs, I recommend reaching out 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible.

Need something sooner?

Don't be afraid to ask! If my calendar allows, I'll always do my best to accommodate your celebration.
