A Seguin native is among those impacted from the devastating flooding across Central Texas. Jermaine Jarmon, a Seguin native now living in Leander, is grieving the confirmed death of his 15-year-old son, Braxton Jarmon, while desperately awaiting word on his 16-year-old daughter, Felicity Jarmon, who remains missing.
