Good day, everyone!

Special is Chicken or our competition-winning bbq pork burrito, loaded with meat, rice, and beans, housemade pico de gallo, melty cheese!

Most of you know that Breezy’s has been operated by just three of us—and some days, it has been only Brie and me. We have been here for you 7 days a week, opening at 8:30 a.m. and sometimes working until 11 p.m for the community. Then we head home and take care of everything on the farm.

Over the past few days, we have opened a little later and closed around 5 p.m. so we can prepare our food trailer. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we get everything ready.

Our goal is to have the food trailer down here and running at full speed by Thursday! That means you still have a few final days to enjoy Breezy’s incredible food before we begin this exciting next chapter.

We are incredibly proud to have received more than 113 five-star reviews, making Breezy’s one of Alaska’s highest-rated family-owned restaurants. That is an amazing accomplishment for our family, and this community here in seldovia. Having a 5 star restaurantsbrikes in tax, touris, businesses helps sell homes, etc, and we couldn’t have done it without the customers who have supported us.

So good! It has been years since I smoked a brisket. Forgot how good they are when done right, incredible flavor and crust is wild! Probably best bark I've ate from bbq brisket, those chili pepers we fire roasted and smoked, dried out to grind into powder took it to the next level.

Most of you know that Breezy’s is family-owned and operated by just three of us. We have shown up seven days a week—breakfast, lunch and dinner—to serve this community.

Kayleigh is only 15 and runs the front of the house, while Brie and I handle the kitchen. Then all three of us come together to serve customers, bus tables, wash dishes and get every order out. Even with such a small crew, most orders are ready within 5–20 minutes.

Yesterday, we stayed open serving the community until 9 p.m. while also finishing this brisket for today. Putting together specials like this with only three people is no small feat—it would normally take a much larger restaurant crew of 7 to 12 to accomplish what our family does every day. Let alone at the level, in a short time we have racked in over 100 5 star reviews, making us 1 of the only 5 star restaurants in alaska holding over 100 reviews, Right in seldovia!!!

It has been an unforgettable summer, an incredible experience and only the beginning of our journey. There are just a few days left to visit us here before we head across the bay and begin the next chapter of Breezy’s by the Bay—so don’t miss out!

This Friday, we’re bringing out the BRISKET!

We even smoked and fire-roasted select dried chilies, then ground them into a fresh powder to create our own bold brisket seasoning. This isn’t seasoning poured from a bottle—this is Breezy’s doing barbecue our way.

The count down begins, our expansion begains in a few days. In a few days we will pull out the OG food trailer and do a couple last days for locals before we load it up and head across the bay.

We’re throwing down real competition-style BBQ every day until it’s sold out, and we sell out daily. So get it while you can
