In addition to audiobook narration, I also have fun hosting/narrating for the YouTube channel called Top10Archive. My fellow team members put together a "Thank You" video for working with it the last 7 years. I've had the pleasure of working with/managing Jim Denison for over 5 years now (and going!) on our YouTube channel, "Top10Archive". Jim's voice is solely responsible for growing the channel to 1.5 million subscribers, and over 430 million lifetime views, and creating a sustainable business that gainfully employs multiple people. Without Jim's voice, I firmly believe the channel wouldn't be where it is today, nor do I think I would have continued on had I not found him. His voice is captivating and he can easily set any mood you want. You want scary? You got it. You want creepy? You got it. You want happy and chipper? You got that, too. You want a Morgan Freeman impression? He knocks that one out of the park! His versatility between changing his tone, pronouncing extremely hard words with ease (even foreign), his attention to detail, and his quick turn-around time makes him one of the best candidates you'll ever find in the voice-acting community. Our viewers are constantly telling Jim to pursue a voice-acting career in movies and television shows, and a day doesn't go by where someone will ask, "How much does it cost for you to narrate my life?" People love his voice, and you'll see why if you give him a chance.

Excited!?!? Heck yeah! The email came yesterday from Blackstone Publishing, saying: "Hey Jim, you wanted work, you got work!" ... a 60-65 hour non-fiction biblical audiobook project, possibly to be divided into 6 to 8 volumes! "...approximate finish date? Preferably by the end of summer, if possible. Let me know what you think!" .... No Problem! See everyone later when I re-emerge!

In 2016 while still living in Maryland I narrated "The Untold Story of the Talking Book" by Matthew Rubery Blackstone Publishing, about the historical development of audiobooks from the time of Thomas Edison to the present. Prominent in that story was/is the American Printing House for the Blind, Louisville, KY. This was my first time there since moving to this area 3 years ago. Toured their recording studios where they still produce over 500 audiobooks annually for the vision impaired. The free Museum in the 160-years-old building contains fascinating items, such as Helen Keller's office desk, the piano Stevie Wonder learned to play on, and one of the original vinyl record presses for producing the earliest "talking books."
