Two of our companies have been honored with awards from the NAUMD (National Association of Uniform Manufacturers and Distributors). WonderWink, one of our medical scrubs brands from CID Resources, Inc. was awarded the Innovation in Branding for the Progressive App QR code on the hang tag label of each garment that puts full product information literally at the consumers fingertips with just a couple of scans from their phone camera.
And HPI was awarded the Image of the Year award in Education for creating an incredible uniform program for the National Aviation Academy.
At Superior Group of Companies we are brand builders. Our uniform divisions are very passionate about what they do and we continue to innovate and learn so we are always on the cutting edge.

SGC employees participated in the annual Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign in various ways this month that were unique to them. Employees were encouraged to share their way of contributing to the awareness campaign by submitting a picture of them walking, running, and other fun ways while wearing pink. Some carried signs with the name(s) of those they participated in honor of while others showed their support in other ways.

Recently WonderWink Scrubs was awarded the "Best Garment Innovation - Function" award from the North-American Association of Uniform Manufacturers & Distributors (NAUMD). The Award is judged on innovation in Originality, Technology, and the Impact the product has in solving a problem. The retail product line RENEW and the Industrial Laundry product line INDY both won in this area. As brand builders we strive for continued innovation and forward-thinking in offering solutions and products that both offer lasting quality and make an impact.

A letter from our CEO Michael Benstock regarding the earthquake in Haiti.
Over the coming days, we will be assessing what we can do to help. It is not clear yet, what or how help can be delivered. We will consult with our people on the ground to determine the best method for showing our support. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of those impacted by these tragic events.
