Who likes red onions?🧅

I have a really good chicken salad recipe that calls for red onion and other than that, I don’t use it that much.

Instead of buying some already chopped, I took my food Chopper and chopped up the whole thing. I spread it out flat in a freezer bag so it’s easy to break off what I need for future recipes.

Money saved and I don’t have to worry about preservatives.😃

🍗🥣Mmm… bone broth simmering from the leftover bones from dinner last night.
Homemade bone broth is so easy to make. Take the bones, carrots, onion, & celery, 1 TBSP of apple cider vinegar along with S & P, then fill with water to cover it all. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 2-12 hours.
You can also do this in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 12-15 hours.

Strain the broth and you can freeze it in portions or make some delicious soup!
Save money and enjoy fresh homemade
cooking, just like grandma used to make.❤️

🍗An easy, delicious, Sunday Dinner for two in an hour.
Since its just two of us, leftovers for the week. 💪🍁

Set oven to 450*. Grease your cast iron dutch oven and put in the oven with lid on for 15 minutes .
Season your chicken how you like it. I spread some butter over the skin and seasoned with S & P and some italian seasoning.
Prepare your veggies.

Add veggies to the bottom of the dutch oven then place chicken on top.
Place in the oven with lid on for 30-40 minutes. Clean up the kitchen.😃
When almost done, remove the lid to brown the top of the chicken, and cook for another 10 minutes. Get table ready for a nice sit diwn neal.😍
Remove from oven replace the lid and let it sit 10 minutes while you grab your drinks.
Enjoy your meal with laughter ❤️
