I made some healthier lifestyle changes after finding out that Maila's thyroid completely shut down. I got the kids a trampoline and I started going back to the gym. 60lbs down so far and I'm feeling so much more energy and confidence!
Over the halfway mark to my weight goal and I just have to share because I'm so dang proud of myself. 🫶
