LONG READ! 🚨🚨🚨

I saw a post where someone is requesting Strong Man Martin K. N. Kollie to accept a debate with Henry Costa and Stanton Witherspoon regarding the upcoming drug issues and the findings Martin is sharing. I find that utterly disgusting, to say the least.

As Liberians, another Liberian is doing all he can to aid in the fight against illicit drugs. He’s showing patterns that allegedly connect Police Inspector General Gregory Coleman to the Drug Cartel, which could reveal a potential conflict of interest in the ongoing investigation. Yet, instead of analyzing the situation logically, Liberians are fighting Martin and using motions, politics, sentiments, and connections to dismiss his efforts.

Have you asked yourself: what if they are protecting the IG because they don’t want another person outside their cartel to take his position and disrupt their operations?

Or should we say they are protecting and defending him because they fear that removing him could cause chaos and potentially shake the government?

Strong Man, Martin Kollie effort in providing evidence to connect the dots between the current Police IG and the drug cartel are significant even if the links are not direct. His work focuses on highlighting patterns, inconsistencies, and circumstantial evidence that suggest a possible connection or complicity.

Many Liberians argue that his findings are not substantial enough to prove outright collaboration. But it’s important to recognize that in complex criminal networks like drug cartels, direct evidence can be difficult to obtain, and uncovering it may take time. Connecting the dots is a critical step in building a case and raising awareness about potential corruption or collusion at high levels, most especially through observations, testimonies, and circumstantial links.

Martin’s approach of connecting these dots sheds light on possible hidden relationships and encourages thorough investigation. While it may not definitively prove guilt, it raises important questions that authorities need to address. His work is a vital part of the broader effort to ensure accountability and transparency in the fight against drug trafficking and corruption.

The process of uncovering facts can be very complicated, but we must give it a chance.

Based on the information provided so far against the IG, let’s connect some dots:

The Police IG recommended the former 106 officers, who were removed in connection with the drug investigation, yet he’s still free and going about his business.
The IG recommended Biago, the former Deputy Commissioner of Police and acting Liberia Drug Enforcement Agency boss, who was also removed in connection with the drug investigation.
The IG suggested that the Liberia Transport Movement controls vehicle inspections and license plates, removing these responsibilities from the Ministry of Transport.
The Police IG claimed that some vehicles and equipments were procured through the Brooklyn Park Police Department, but the (BPPD) denied any dealings with the Liberia National Police. So, how did those cars get in? If not with taxpayer money, then how?
A gifted car worth thousands of dollars was given to the IG, registered in the name of Rose Kingston someone who is connected to him and allegedly serves as his office assistant.
A woman named Stephanie, suspected to be a cartel member, was given an es**rt by a vehicle of the LNP. In a separate video, an officer believed to be the IG was seen sitting in and driving the vehicle.

Based on all this information and these findings, I don’t think it’s fair to dismiss Martin’s efforts.

Instead, we should think critically and join the fight against drugs in the country. As we face a shortage of future leaders, we must not make jokes about this. It’s not about who knows the most or has the best education like I hear people saying “Martin leh to act leh he know everything”; it’s about pushing for the right actions to be taken at the right time.
Otherwise, all these efforts to dismantle the cartel could be wasted, and the investigation might turn out to be a mere charade.

$19 million and $317 million worth of illicit drugs are not something to joke about, let’s support genuine efforts to uncover the truth and ensure justice for Liberia.
