Donna Journey shared that one of the most beautiful parts of their calling is their ministry to parents of special needs children and adults. They want every family walking this road to know this simple, life-changing truth: There is hope. God has a special plan for your child. He can use them—just the way they are—because His purpose is perfect. Sharing their own experiences of raising a child with special needs has not only shaped their ministry, but become one of it's greatest and most powerful blessings. Today we’re shining a bright spotlight on someone whose heart for Jesus is just as powerful as her voice—Makayla Taylor! 😍

At only 17 years old, Makayla is already making a beautiful impact. A junior in high school, she balances classes, singing, and ministry with a joy that inspires everyone around her. She truly loves people, and it shows every time she steps on a stage or shares a song.

This year, Makayla released a single, “Everybody Talks To God,” a track that captures her youthful energy, passion, and sincere heart for worship. It’s a perfect glimpse into who she is as an artist—authentic, energetic, and dedicated to sharing the message of Christ.
