If you’ve had a stressful day, here are some ways to treat yourself to a relaxing evening:

✅ Deep Breathing & Meditation – Try 4-7-8 breathing to calm your nervous system
✅ Magnesium Supplement or Tea – Helps relax muscles and improve sleep quality
✅ Epsom Salt Bath – Detoxes and relaxes sore muscles
✅ Gentle Stretching or Yoga – Release tension from the body
✅ Journaling – Get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper
✅ Light a Candle or Diffuse Essential Oils – Lavender, frankincense, or eucalyptus
✅ Screen-Free Time – Give your eyes and brain a break before bed
✅ Gratitude List – Shift your focus to what’s good

There are demonic agents that have been dispatched to distract and frustrate your Kindgom agenda today. Recognize that it is an attack on your purpose and not your person. You’ve done nothing wrong. Rather, you are closer to your destiny than you’ve ever been.

Don’t give in to that feeling of defeat or depression. It’s just an illusion. You are great. You are powerful. And guess what? The devil knows it.

You were born for this moment. Walk into it boldly…without apology or permission. All of Heaven is rooting for you. So am I.

During sessions, one topic that frequently comes up is communication…especially in family relationships.

How we learn to communicate as children often shapes how we communicate as adults.
And yes, YOU 👏🏽ARE 👏🏽AN 👏🏽ADULT.

Passive communicators learn to stay silent to keep peace, while neglecting their own wants and needs.
Assertive communicators learn to speak up and set boundaries.

You are worthy of being heard…even if it hurts.

Through prayer, you align with God’s will.
Through God’s Word, you speak life over your future.
Through positive thoughts, you shift your mindset.
Through the wisdom of the elders, you honor the paths already paved.

“Write the vision, and make it plain…” (Habakkuk 2:2) and then walk in it.
This is your season to become everything you prayed for. Speak it. Believe it. Live it.
