Ok, I tried making wheat protein sourdough loaf.... it didn't go as planned... I don't know if I need to lower the temp or what. I baked at 400 for 40 minutes with steam but it is super crispy crust and not quite done all the way in the middle. Any tips? ゚viralシfypシ゚
