First and foremost, I want to take a second to express immense gratitude. has grown so much in under a year. When I launched, I wasn’t sure if I’d have the time and energy to grow my own business while also being the primary parent to three young boys.

I’ve been really fortunate through word of mouth referrals to have new clients coming to me monthly (if not weekly). I take the work I’m trusted with very seriously and love to give my clients the best finished product possible (while having fun working together in the process).

The irony that the majority of the work I do for clients is on social media, while totally leaving my own social media completely silent is not lost on me — but does speak to how highly I prioritize the time given to each and every one of my clients.

So to the clients who have trusted me since day 1, thank you! To anyone wondering what on earth the projects I’m doing look like, stay tuned! I’ll be sharing highlights in the coming weeks 🌻

What are THREE things you can start focusing on now to boost engagement on social media?

My clients are often surprised at how simple social media really is. If you take a moment to make sure you’re catching people’s attention before they scroll on by, have content that people want to share, and are relatable to your people, your posts are going to go much further.

Think of your social media as an opportunity to add value to your followers.

For a business, this means adding value to your ideal customers/clients. For a microinfluencer or online personality, it’s creating content that speaks to your niche.

It’s amazing how much easier intentional social media becomes when we don’t make it hard 👏🏻

A dear friend of ours came out publicly as transgender today, which I know took tremendous courage and bravery. I am so proud that he can be himself.
We’ve come so, so far in my lifetime in accepting gender and orientation as WHO a person is, rather than a choice. I am grateful to see so much progress toward acceptance and inclusion.
But I know not everyone experiences that, so Joe Carey and I want to remind everyone that we are allies. Our doors, hearts, and ears are always open.
We may not be your mom or dad, sister or brother, but we are here to happily give mom/dad or sister/brother hugs. We are here in friendship, and as an ally both in spirit and literally standing by your side. We will fight for and with you forever.
Come over for Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, birthdays, and any random day in between.
And please, please reach out to either of us if you ever need a safe space to be who you are. You are not alone.

Vacation pro tip: tell people you’re taking a picture of them holding the sun, then make sure you’re off. It genuinely never gets old. 😂😂😂
We’re home after a week away with my family and I have to say how fortunate I feel — not only to have had a week almost completely unplugged (except for helping my peeps), but to have had it with my family.
I often hear how lucky we are to all be so close that we take a whole family vacation every couple of years (aunts and uncles, cousins, cousins’ kids, grandparents, siblings, plus Joe and our kids 😍).
I know this isn’t the norm, so I know how lucky I am that it’s M Y norm.
And despite being textbook introvert who just spent a week in a house with 30 people, I miss them all already (next time can it be 2 weeks!?). We’re super different but we have each other’s back and have a blast together.
I’m so thankful to my OG squad for showing me why it matters to have a good tribe in your corner. It’s influenced me in friendships and in business and gives me a sense of security I can only hope to pass onto my children.
Cheers to amazing trips and amazing people, and to choosing to live life to the fullest on vacation and at home 💕

It’s my first time braving my favorite little coffee shop up the street from Mars’s school since the babe was born. It’s spring break, but the kids get to have a play date for a couple of hours today, so it was the perfect short day to test the waters.
Things are ever-changing with little ones, but I’m hopeful I can have a little work time (out of the house) while Dax sleeps on school days.
I’m just a couple sips of americano in and already feel refreshed. Btw has anyone read this book? 🙌
