We are done with the summer farmers market but it doesn’t end there! Come see us at the winter farmers market! ☺️
SCIO Winter Farmers Market: Warm Up with Local Goods!
As the crisp autumn air gives way to the chill of winter, the SCIO Farmers Market is ready to bring warmth and good food indoors! Our winter market offers a cozy and convenient way to continue supporting local farmers and artisans, even when the snow begins to fly.
What You'll Find:
Step inside and discover a treasure trove of locally produced goods. Our dedicated vendors offer a wide variety of fresh, native products. You can expect to find:
Fresh Produce: Root vegetables, apples, and other seasonal produce that stands up to the cold.
Meats & Dairy: Locally raised pork, beef, poultry, eggs, and a selection of artisanal cheeses.
Pantry Staples: Jams, jellies, canned fruits and vegetables, honey, and maple syrup.
Baked Goods & More: Delicious breads, pastries, and other baked treats. You might even find some Latvian pastries and coffee to warm you up!
A Consistent Presence:
Just like the summer market, the winter market is a testament to our mission. It continues to accept EBT cards and our "Double Your Bucks" program, ensuring that healthy, local food remains accessible to all families in Sheboygan, regardless of the season.
Location & Hours:
Find us at our indoor home for the season, the First Congregational Church U.C.C. at 310 Bluff Avenue in Sheboygan. We'll be there on the first and third Saturdays of the month, from November through April, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
