Jessica Bailey - The Musical Director of Falsettos

“Jessica Bailey is part of the creative team as the Musical Director for Falsettos. Miss Bailey was awarded with a Bachelor of Music degree with emphasis in Vocal Performance from the University of North Alabama in 2016. Since she graduated she has been an active private vocal teacher in the Shoals area. Miss Bailey has been in several productions with UNA Opera/Theatre Department, Shoals Community Theatre, The Ritz, and internationally while attending the OperaFest Di Roma summer program in Rome, Italy. Her directorial credits include: Musical Director for Bright Star, W***y Wonka and Crucible, Assistant Musical Director for Alice in Wonderland Jr, Wonka Jr, and Mary Poppins. Her favorite roles include: Paulette in Legally Blonde, Shoppette in Little Shop of Horrors, Nettie Fowler in Carousel, Barbarina (cover) in Le Nozze di Figaro, Genvieffa in Suor Angelica, and 1st Lady in Magic Flute. Her next personal goal is to complete her Master’s in Education emphasis in Choral Music. Jessica Bailey is excited and thankful for the opportunity to work with this cast and crew to bring this amazing story to life for audiences - without further ado - “Welcome to Falsettoland!”

Dylan Bales - The Assistant Director of Falsettos

“Dylan Bales, residing in Florence, Alabama, is thrilled to be Assistant Directing Falsettos at the Cypress Moon Studios! Some of his recent theatre experiences in the Shoals area consist of performing in The Crucible, Call Me Bean, The Haunting of Hillhouse, The Ritz Halloween Cabaret, Legally Blonde, and Beverly Hillbillies, Bright Star, Boeing Boeing, and Scrooge in Rouge, directing Steel Magnolias, W***y Wonka the musical, and A Sherlock Carol, assistant directing A Few Good Men, A Christmas Carol, and Wizard of Oz, and being an ensemble performer for several other productions in the Shoals area. “This is such a beautiful story of love and family, chosen and unchosen. Josh Davis - The Director of Falsettos

“Josh is a Shoals area native having spent his younger years growing up in Tuscumbia, and now resides in Florence. For 10 years he preformed professionally in Pigeon Forge, 8 were spent at Dollywood, where he had the honor of performing for and with Dolly Parton! You may have seen him in the Shoals area productions of: A Sherlock Carol, It’s a Wonderful Life: the Radio Play, A Few Good Men, Pride and Prejudice, Call Me Bean, Legally Blonde and will soon play “Lonny Barnett” in Full Moon Productions Rock of Ages! His Directorial credits include: Into the Woods (2013), Bright Star (2023), and assistant director of W***y Wonka, Haunting of Hill House (2024) & The Outsiders (2025). He really hopes that you enjoy a story that, while unconventional, everyone can find the heart in this show if they’re paying attention. “This story has meant so much to me for years, and to tell this version, with this cast, is honestly a dream come true! They have poured so much of their hearts and souls into this production! I hope you all sit back and watch the story of a family in the process of falling apart, and how they learn to love and support each other through the darkest of times. Heather Bithell-Bowling as Cordelia and The Choreographer of Falsettos

“Heather Bithell-Bowling (Cordelia) is a lifelong performer with a passion for musical theatre. Some of her more recent local credits include Morgan from Godspell, Mrs. Dudley from Haunting of Hill House, Marta from Company, and many more. Heather is grateful for the opportunity to help tell this impactful story both on and off stage. Enyce Mullins as Dr. Charlotte

“Enyće Mullins (Dr. Charlotte) was born and raised in here in the Shoals area. From a young age she has always been enamored by the arts, especially theatre. Falsettos will be her seventh production to take part in and her fifth at Cypress Moon Studios. This includes Pride and Prejudice, Legally Blonde the Musical, The Haunting of Hill House, Call Me Bean, and The Outsiders. Enyće is incredibly excited and honored to be apart of this beautiful story of Falsettos as Dr. Charlotte. Participating in this production has given her the ability to challenge her creative abilities and showcase its hard work with her incredible cast mates. Giving her the push to grow and gain confidence as not just an actor, but also as person.”

Ryleigh Ragan as 10 year old Jason

“Ryleigh Ragan has been fortunate to be part of several meaningful productions that have deepened her love for musical theater. Ensemble roles in Tuck Everlasting, Bright Star, and Footloose taught her the power of teamwork and storytelling, while serving as dance captain for W***y Wonka strengthened her leadership and communication skills. Each show has helped her grow both technically and emotionally. Now, stepping into her first lead role as Jason in Falsettos has pushed her even further—challenging her to explore deeper emotions and connect more personally with the story. Fittingly, the cast has become a true tight-knit family, making the experience all the more special. She’s grateful for every step of the journey and excited to keep growing as a performer.”

Eli Mouser as Mendel

“Eli Mouser (Mendel) was born in Sheffield, Alabama and raised in Lansing, Kansas he has been back in Alabama for over a decade now. He is very excited to be getting the opportunity to be playing "Mendel" in The Full Moon Players production of Falsettos at Cypress Moon Studios. He has been an actor in the Shoals area for over a year now and has been in shows such as The Full Moon Players Pride and Prejudice at Cypress Moon, The Zodiac Players production Legally Blonde at the Shoals Theatre, The Gingerbread Players production of W***y Wonka at the Shoals Theatre, The Full Moon Players production The Haunting of Hill House and the Full Moon Players production of The Outsiders Eli's most memorable roles were "Soda-pop Curtis" in the Full Moon Players production of The Outsiders, “Luke Sanderson" in the Full Moon Players production of The Haunting of Hill House and "Mr Bucket" in The Gingerbread Players W***y Wonka as well as "Nikos Argitakos" in The Zodiac Players production of Legally Blonde. He is extremely excited to be working with this wonderful cast and crew many of which he has worked with on a multitude of shows.
