🚨 We’re Hiring: Operations Support Coordinator 🚨

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an Operations Support Coordinator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

✨ What you’ll do:

Coordinate and manage work order scheduling, field dispatch and customer communications.

Input, update and maintain accurate project and operational data in company systems.

Ensure all necessary permits, 811 locates and clearances are secured prior to scheduling work.

Act as the primary point of contact for field crews by providing updates, collecting daily reports and validating work completion.

Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.

✨ What we’re looking for:

Excellent customer service and written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to read and understand procedures, written documentation and training materials.

Demonstrate respect for others, high ethical standards and a strong work ethic emphasizing team commitment.

📍 Location: Murfreesboro, TN / Hybrid schedule
💼 Position: Full-time

This is the Hotel Indigo project in Gatlinburg, TN for Imperial Hospitality. Our Enterprise team pulled over 100,000 feet of fiber and category cable to provide the hotel the connectivity it needs for all of the amenities they have available, including; a fully connected full use kitchen and a glass dance floor that is connected to a lighting system with over 1000 settings to light up the dance floor. None of it could be possible without the network cabling distribution that this team worked on for several months. Nice work!
