Yulia Brodskaya is an artist and illustrator known for her elegant handmade and detailed paper illustrations. In 2004 Brodskaya moved from Moscow to United Kingdom where she continued her education in art, at the University of Hertfordshire. She was graduated with a master of art in graphics communication degree in 2006.

Appreciate your many years of service and congratulate you on a job well done, as you retire.
During today's Shelby County Fiscal Court, Judge Dan Ison recognized, and honored Eilene Collins for her 22 years of service to this community as Executive Director of the Shelby County Community Development Corporation and the Shelby Main Street Corporation.
Eilene has diligently worked to beautify and enhance the downtown areas of Shelby County while providing opportunities for enjoyment by citizens and visitors and helped develop industry for downtown business owners.
Judge Ison thanked Eilene for her years of dedication and commitment to our community and proclaimed December 31, 2020 to be Eileen T. Collins Day in Shelby County

The regularly scheduled meeting of the US 60 Water District, scheduled for Tuesday, March 17 at 6:30 at the Water District Office in Bagdad has been changed to a video conference meeting, per the Office of the Secretary in Frankfort. No in person meeting will take place. Details regarding the online meeting are still being worked out, but we will update as soon as possible.
