Milford’s Community Newspaper

The Milford Mirror has been Milford’s weekly community newspaper since 1986, covering politics, sports and social events. Since its founding, the newspaper has been staffed by people who not only understand the power of journalism and the need to be accurate and fair, but also by people with Milford roots who understand the city, its people and its history. In recent years, the Milford Mirror expanded from traditional print to include a daily online news source, which keeps residents on top of daily news and happenings. The Milford Mirror is truly Milford focused, offering city residents the kind of information they need to be part of their community, from breaking news stories to notices about club meetings. The Mirror is part of HAN Network, a community news and multimedia firm, which includes local papers, daily websites, specialty publications, and events in more than 20 communities in southwestern Connecticut, Lewisboro, N.Y., and Vermont. This gives our readers easy access to regional news and events as well as exposure to advertisers from across the region. The firm also owns Trumbull Printing in Trumbull, CT.
